I have been experimenting with Fall smoothie recipes, all healthy and vegan, over the last month and finally landed on the perfect 'wishing-for-autumn' drink: a Pumpkin Chai Smoothie, which was adapted from this recipe. Enjoy!
Pumpkin Chai Smoothie Recipe:
- 1/2 cup of Black Chai Tea (brewed hot, and set aside in the fridge to get cold)
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin (we used organic canned pumpkin)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Put all the ingredients in your blender, and blend until it's creamy.
